In April 2013 I was invited to give the keynote address at the South Florida Regional VMware User Group (VMUG) in West Palm Beach, FL. Honored to do so, I spoke on a topic that I feel passionate about – The “Secrets to a Successful Career in Tech”. There were roughly 400 attendees at the S FL VMUG that say, which took place at the West Palm Beach Convention Center (a beautiful venue with beautiful weather). It was also great to speak along with fellow vExpert Josh Atwell of the N Carolina VMUG, who did a fantastic job on the noon-day keynote – “How to Become a vRockstar with vCenter Orchestrator”. After the VMUG, Josh and I recorded vChat #35 where we spoke about the VMUG and evangelizing virtualization (regarding my keynote topic).
