Charles Windom (of VMware) and Hemant Gaidhani have a very cool new book coming out entitled Virtualizing Microsoft Tier 1 Applications with VMware vSphere. Besides the fact that I have met Charles (and he is super-smart) I think that this is a very important topic that hasn’t gotten enough coverage.
